These terms govern your use of onlyknobsandpulls.com and any purchase you make from Only Knobs and Pulls ("we", "us"), operated from Concord, Ontario, Canada. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders & acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel and refund any order at our discretion, including orders affected by obvious pricing or listing errors. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another when it ships.

Pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.

Shipping

We currently ship within Canada only. See our Shipping Policy for rates and timelines.

Returns

Unused hardware in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for details.

Product information

We work to display finishes and dimensions accurately, but finishes may vary slightly between manufacturing batches and screens display colour differently. Always verify your centre-to-centre measurement before ordering; hardware ordered in the wrong size is covered by our standard return policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including installation costs.
