Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Hardware must be unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email info@vshomesupply.com with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong item? Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you in full — no return needed.
